As a client, once you are set up in the PCS you will be able to view all available listings in real time. You’ll be able to see the second a new property is put on the market, the moment a price reduction is posted and even when a property is sold. If a home is listed and it matches your search criteria you will receive an email notification. This is the perfect way to keep an eye on the market and ensure you don’t miss your potential dream home. You can either move the listings into your “favourites” folder, or remove them from your list entirely. This helps me as your realtor know which homes you would like me to show you and which I should keep an eye on.
OPT IN, OPT OUT! NO PRESSURE!!
Once we have found you the perfect home and you are finished with the PCS, all you have to do is hit “unsubscribe”. You will never receive another email from PCS and you can be assured that all the information entered in the PCS is completely confidential – including your contact information. On the other hand, keeping your PCS subscription active allows you to keep an eye on the market so you’re on top of the game for your next major move! Either way, PCS is designed to keep you in the loop so you can work quickly with your realtor to make an offer on a property.
